I authorise Elev8 to seek emergency medical treatment for my child if necessary and accept financial responsibility for any medical expenses incurred. I also consent to Elev8 staff administering basic first aid and over-the-counter medication (e.g., fever reducers, antihistamines, pain relievers) as needed, unless I provide written instructions stating otherwise.

I understand that disruptive behaviour, bullying, or rule violations may result in my child’s removal from camp without refund.
