Weekly Camp Dates & Schedule

  • Your child’s day starts with peace of mind. We offer free chaperone service from Hiroo, Shibuya, Yokohama, Minatomirai, Ningyocho, Ginza, Shinjuku, and Tokyo Stations, with our teaching team personally escorting children to camp with safety and care.

  • Campers can also be dropped off directly at our campus in Roppongi. We start each day with light, engaging games or creative icebreakers.

  • This is where Elev8 truly shines. We let you customise your child’s educational journey. Parents can choose from our four core modules, and your child can focus on just one, or split the week between two:

    • English Language & Communication

    • Japanese Language & Culture

    • Coding & Programming

    • Mathematics

Our “Choose Your Own Adventure” system means your child gets exactly what they need, deep learning in the areas that matter most to you.

    What makes our lessons different:

🔹 Max 5:1 student-to-teacher ratio – so every child is supported and seen.

🔹 Personalised placement – we group students by level, and adjust as needed.

🔹 Flexible structure – if your child needs more support (or more challenge), we’ll build the right class around them.

🔹 Real-world outcomes – every module leads to a practical, tangible projects they’ll be proud to share.

No cookie-cutter lessons. Just tailored, high-quality learning led by passionate educators.

  • After a morning of focused learning, it’s time to move.

Children take part in a variety of supervised physical activities designed to keep them active, social and having fun. Depending on the day, activities may include:

    • Team games and challenges

    • Ball games and sports

    • Movement and fitness activities

    • Outdoor play when appropriate

    • Creative group games

Activities vary throughout the week and are adapted to the group, giving every child a chance to move, play and recharge before lunch.

  • We provide all meals and snacks — fresh, healthy, and tailored to your child's dietary needs (vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, allergy-safe, etc.). No packed lunches needed. Kids eat together, talk, laugh, and refuel for the afternoon.

  • In the afternoon, campers return to their selected modules for continued study and reinforcement.

While the structure mirrors the morning, these sessions are often more interactive and discussion-based, helping students consolidate their learning through group exercises, games, and real-world examples, all while keeping energy levels high and minds engaged.

  • This session is all about balance and self-expression. Campers choose from a variety of activities depending on their energy and mood:

    • Physical games and sports

    • Creative options like arts, crafts, or light DIY builds

    • Quiet alternatives like puzzles, board games, or drawing

A flexible, camper-led hour to unwind and explore new interests before the day ends.

  • The final part of the day is Free Time, when children can choose how they would like to spend their time.

Depending on the day, they might:

    • Play board or card games

    • Draw, create or work on personal projects

    • Play games with friends

    • Continue something they enjoyed earlier in the day

    • Relax, read or simply chat with friends and teachers

It’s a relaxed way to finish the day and gives children more independence to choose the activities they enjoy.

Pick-up is from 16:45 to 17:00. Children using our chaperone service are accompanied back to their designated station after camp.

  • Every Wednesday, we leave the classroom behind and the whole camp heads out for a full-day adventure in Tokyo.

Wednesday is one of the highlights of the Elev8 week. Campers spend the day exploring somewhere exciting with their friends and teachers, trying new things and making the kind of memories that often become their favourite part of camp.

Best of all, the children help choose the adventure. At the start of each week, campers discuss the options together and have a say in where Wednesday takes us.

    Past excursions have included:

    • 🎡 Tokyo Disneyland — a full day of rides, attractions and Disney magic

    • 🌊 Hakkeijima Sea Paradise — aquariums, animals and theme-park attractions

    • 🎢 Yomiuriland — rides and attractions for a proper day out

    • 🥷 Tondemi — trampolines, climbing and active challenges

    • 🐼 Ueno Zoo — animals, exploring and a day out in one of Tokyo's best-known parks

Other adventures may include places such as DisneySea, teamLab, Round1 and more, with destinations changing throughout the year.

The whole camp joins the excursion together, giving children a chance to spend time with friends outside their usual learning groups and enjoy Tokyo as one big Elev8 community.

Excursion admission fees are included in the camp fee.

Meeting points and timings may vary slightly depending on the destination. Families can use our free chaperone service or follow the direct meeting arrangements provided for that week's excursion.

Full excursion details, including meeting times, what to bring and the confirmed destination, are shared with families before Wednesday's adventure.

  • Nothing fundamentally changes in the learning structure. We refer to the later sessions as "Easter Camps" (30th March onwards) because they align with the Easter holidays for British curriculum schools. These sessions include light Easter-themed projects, but the core academic depth remains consistent.
